Terms and Conditions
The short, plain version of the rules that keep Larkspur fair for everyone.
1. The marketplace
Larkspur Classifieds is a venue for property advertising. We verify ads before publication, but the contract for any sale or lease is always between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to those agreements.
2. Posting an ad
You must own the property or be authorised to market it. Photos must show the actual space, measurements must be honest, and the price must include all mandatory charges. Misleading ads are removed and repeat offenders lose their accounts.
3. Fair use
One ad per property. Do not copy other sellers' photos or text, do not post the same home in several categories, and do not use the marketplace for anything other than genuine property listings.
4. Fees
Starter ads are free. Premium and Agency plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time — live ads run until the end of their paid period.
5. Privacy
Enquiry details go only to the listing agent. We never sell personal data. You may ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@larkspurclassifieds.com.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace grows. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
